What is the healthiest fruit?

Hey guysss, so my doctor told me at my checkup last week that i gotta stop eating so much sugary junk food late at night and start swapping in more fresh produce instead. now im trying to figure out what is the healthiest fruit to actually buy for daily eating but not succeeding at all lol.. every time i go to the grocery store im totally overwhelmed standing in the produce section

I want to stock up on stuff that isnt loaded with big amounts of sugar but still gives good energy and vitamins. after reading a few random articles online, here are a few options i keep seeing people recommend as the healthiest fruit:

-blueberries: heard they are packed with antioxidants and low in sugar, but they get moldy fast in my fridge
-apples: cheap and easy to throw in my bag for work, but not sure if the fiber content makes up for the sugar
-bananas: really cheap and filling after a workout, but someone told me they have way too many carbs if you eat them every day
-avocados: apparently technically a fruit and really low sugar, is considered the healthiest fruit by a lot of people in the internet, but expensive as hell right now

I just wanna keep it simple and buy 1 or 2 things that are actually worth the money. so people who eat clean, what is the healthiest fruit in your opinion and what do you buy every week?
