I was using tree size to check my SSD size and I came upon this massive 106 file. I've already ran disk cleanup on the delivery options and it only reduced around 50mb from the 106GB. I want to delete all of these files but I don't know if it will compromise my PC. Suggestions, advise, anything is welcome.
