I haven't done a full playthrough yet (late I know) but I remember hearing about an item that prevents you from going bloodless from astarion does anyone know what it is / where to find it?

Im 19 and want to be a primary teacher (5-11) in the UK. I want to get a tattoo on my upper arm (nothing offensive rude ect) and am worried it might loose me some opptunities. Im just wondering what people's opinions are on it. I know things are getting better when it comes to tattoos / self expression but it still gives me some anxiety

I was born hypermobile everywhere and diagnosed when I was 6. I have all of the typical symptoms and no symptoms for POTS, EDS or any other relating things that ive researched. That being said about a year ago (so I was 17) I just felt significantly worse. I was easier to get pain. Was having pain in areas I usually diddnt really struggle with and have had flare ups where I felt like I couldn't really leave my bed because of pain and fatigue. Im getting pain more easily and almost have to hit the perfect amount of activity to have less pain. Too little = pain too much = pain I've had some blood tests and a x-ray + MRI on my knee when it was flaring up. Aside from some high inflammatory markers there was nothing. I've been to a rheumatologist they dont think its arthritis. But I cant shake the feeling that something else is happening. When it first started it felt like a rapid decline from my normal and the pain felt different, but hard to describe. Any thoughts?
