I recently hired a carpet cleaning company in London. They came and did the job, but after they left, the stains were still clearly visible.

I contacted them and they said they don’t think they can do anything more and are not willing to come back.

I’m attaching a photo for reference.

Is this normal in the industry?
Can stains like this usually be removed, or are some just permanent no matter what?

Just trying to understand if I should push back or accept it.
