Is it normal to bleed after 5+ days fasting? (32F)

This isn't the first time I've done one week fasts.

Given my phenotype, I haven't been able to fast longer than 6 days, but I always have vaginal bleeding when I begin refeeding.
However, my "Fire Flower 🔥🩸🌺" started on May 1st and on the 18th at night, (after I broke in the morning a fast I began the previous week), I started bleeding and it's still happening today. Now, I don't know if it's menstrual or caused by something else.

For example, while I'm trying to find something in autophagy, my "personal quest," in addition to the implicit benefits, is to increase my AMH levels, which I've been trying to do for the last 3 years, due to living with only one ovary for over 11 years. With average fasts of at least 5 days, it's the only thing I could say has done the "impossible," but these last two fasts have brought the same bleeding issue.

My diet starts with chicken wing broth for one day, and the next day I eat the wings, all little by little…

If it's not the refeeding, I don't know why this is happening to me.
The "scientist" who's been helping me is a pedant and rude, like if my question are waste of time 😞 He attributed it to menstruation last time, he barely listen to me, because it was also very soon for it to happen, but today I can't believe it is, given how early it is for my period, again.

I don't know if it's normal for it to come early, just as I don't know if menstruation continues during fasts of more than 28 days, while not eating. I haven't been able to test it myself. So, please, I invite anyone who wants to comment, share their personal experience, or have an opinion on the topic of bleeding.
I would love to read it.

And thank you so much for also taking a few minutes to read my post and for wanting to help me. 🙏🏻

Where can I study ÖGS online?

Hi everyone!

I would like to ask where I could study ÖGS (Austrian Sign Language) online.

Is there any place where I can learn it online? It would also be a huge plus if the classes are in English. I know it may sound like a strange question😓, but my German level is still very beginner.

I found a YouTube channel, but I progress very slowly because I constantly have to pause and translate things.

In a way, that also helps me continue learning German, but if by any chance there are courses or communities that teach ÖGS in English, I would really love to know.

I know that I have to do fingerspelling directly in German if I need to spell words, and that knowing German is important for that. I think it's a great idea to learn both at the same time, although, as I said, I'm a beginner.

My goal is to eventually move to Vienna, and I would like to arrive with at least some communication tools to interact more easily with Deaf people. I truly believe inclusion is important, and learning sign language feels meaningful to me.

I also know ÖGS has regional variations and dialects, but since I will be living in Vienna, I would especially appreciate Vienna-focused resources if possible. Then, I can specialize in the different dialects as well.

To be honest, I probably will not start immediately, maybe once I reach A2 German, but I already know the structure of Spanish Sign Language (LSE), so learning signs and meanings little by little could also help me build vocabulary over time.

And if the best option is simply to wait until I move to Austria and learn alongside improving my spoken German, that is perfectly fine too. I just do not want to miss the opportunity to start exploring sign language already.

Thank you very much in advance!
I will happily read every suggestion carefully and consider all possibilities.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!
