This yoghurt was made with soy milk, heating the soy milk in a pan and then leaving it in the jar overnight. I’m thinking this yoghurt is definitely spoiled. Can anyone confirm? My wife and I disagree about it because underneath the rest of the yoghurt looks and smells fine. But that looks like mould to me and so I think the whole jar needs to be thrown away.
