I am in a training class, and the experience has been poor so far. The trainers seem confused, and some get upset when we ask questions. I feel unprepared and think I’m going to look for employment elsewhere. I have never experienced anything like this. I’m a new hire and they rotate different employees to train us, and most are horrible. . I expected high quality training because we handle sensitive data and people’s livelihoods.
