Does your SM help with shipment? My DM said store mangers are not supposed to help put it out lol? Since when is that a policy??

Are slides considered “sandals” under the dress code? Also, would a tank top with 1½–2-inch straps be considered acceptable as a sleeveless shirt? I have a coworker trying to argue that both are allowed, so I’m just looking for clarification.

Me the entire time: This could’ve been an email… or better yet, an Athena post I already read.
If a store is underperforming, by all means, have a coaching call with those stores. But why is everyone getting pulled into it every single time?
And don’t even get me started on the corporate buzzwords…

Okay… but where did the bubble go? Did it pop? Float into another dimension? Because I’ve yet to see one single bubble come back down with an answer. 😂
Then there’s the once-a-year Cascade meeting…
Drive miles away…
Sit through another meeting…
Listen to the same things…
Drive all the way back…
Meanwhile, the policy says these meetings are supposed to be virtual. Make it make sense.
Also… if your laugh sounds like you practiced it in the mirror before the call… please stop. Some of us are just trying to make it through the day without developing a twitch. 😂
Retail managers don’t need more meetings… we need payroll, staffing, and fewer meetings about doing the work we’re not being given enough hours to do.

Can we reorder new window clings for this month? My coworker thought the BOGO sign had to go up last night, even though I told her that one doesn’t start until the 7th. 😂 Unfortunately, it’s completely ruined because she didn’t read the application instructions either.
I’m off this week, but I thought I saw in either the Merchandise Guide or the July Playbook that the window clings weren’t available to reorder. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Do you know if that’s true?
