So many issues with tiktok shop
So i started selling on tiktok shop back in July of this year, i made a few sales in a day and made $1200. Few days pass and i get a random violation for “high risk activity” i suck it up and accept the fact i have to wait 3 months to withdrawal my money. Fast forward 3 months, and i try to link a bank account to my shop, I input my name and it says “This doesn't match your registered name” then says some completely random name i dont even know or am associated with at all, also says that im in massachusetts, when in reality im in california. I never input that mystery name whilst creating the account, I never made a different shop account with that name, Nor do i even know that name. But they continue to say that it is my name and whats linked to the account. Even when checking the qualification center, my tax info. that name is no where to be found. So i go and update my tax info through my seller center, (Even though it was already correct) And check my qualification center. Both say my correct name, Okay then i try to link my bank again. Still same error, i contacted live agent support over 10 times to try and get a manual fix. But they always create a ticket for me. Every single ticket response is a generic “Go to qualification center and begin an entity change” I say okay, lets try that. I complete the entity change and submit it, it gets auto denied because of the violation from 3 months ago. I cant appeal for this violation anymore because the window ran out. I contact support again, they say 30 days after your violation it can be auto revoked and will go away, Well. its been 3 months now, the violation is still on my account. I tried all the steps they gave me to fix the issues and withdrawal my funds. Ive quite literally done everything to withdrawal my funds and nothing has worked. Im sitting here completely hopeless. No matter what i do to fix this issue it never works. I never input that mystery name whilst creating the account, I never made a different shop account with that name, Nor do i even know that name.
