If Poland can dictate other countries whom they should honor - shouldn't it consulted Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania before deciding whom to honor in Poland?

Wouldn't it be only fair that if you demand from others to do something then you should do it yourself?

I don't remember Polish people asking Ukrainians, Belarussians, Lithuanians of their opinion on Pilsudski before honoring him. Did I miss it?
