Hello, I am having an issue understanding why this mod doesn't work for me. As far as I am aware I installed the mod correctly, but after changing the load order, and double checking the installment, I keep getting the same issue (see image). Any idea what could be causing it?

edit: If I change the load order, it defaults to the vanilla shield effect
