For the past 3 months I have been looking for a new design opportunity but I didn't get that much of a response from companies' HR when I apply through different platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, Nokri, and many more. I feel ghosted every time, waiting for a response from companies and tired of this daily routine of applying.

I don't know what is happening in the design market right now or who's hiring because I didn't get the expected response. Where am I making a mistake? I try everything. I apply everywhere but didn't get much of a response. I need to know everyone's opinion and if anyone can help me?
