Tuta new user impression and problem
I had heard a lot of good things about Tuta, so I thought, "Why not start my de-Googling journey?"
I signed up for a Tuta Mail account and started using it. Two days later, I can no longer log in or even reset my password. I only get the message: "Invalid login credentials."
If my account was blocked by an automated system, I honestly think that's a poor experience for new users. I understand that you have to deal with bots and abuse, but blocking legitimate new users after only a couple of days is frustrating. It would be great if the detection system could better distinguish real users from bots instead of blocking real people.
To be honest, experiences like this make it hard to leave Google. Privacy is important, but reliability is too. If there's a chance of losing access to my account for no apparent reason, it's difficult to trust the service.
My main question is: can you help me recover my account? If my account was flagged by mistake, I'd really appreciate having it restored.
