Hi, after immunotherapy I got hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency due to my immune system being a little too active apparently. I had the TPO antibody test in Sept and it came back as 60. After reading about it, I asked the Endo, does that mean I have Hashimotos and she said yes. I have just had it retested thru a different doctor and it now came back as 2. Does that mean I don’t have it ? What should my tsh start doing if I was recovering ? I’m a bit confused . Thanks
