Over the past year, my team and I have been building Racoon.gg, a marketplace where gamers can safely buy and sell in-game products and services.

This isn't actually our first attempt.

Our previous project generated over €800,000 in sales, but we learned the hard way that revenue doesn't necessarily mean you've built the right product. We listened to hundreds of buyers and sellers, took their feedback seriously, and decided to rebuild the platform from the ground up instead of continuing to patch the old one.

Some things we've focused on:

• Better trust and safety for buyers and sellers
• A cleaner, easier-to-use marketplace
• Faster search and browsing
• Building features based on actual user feedback instead of assumptions
