I see that on the HSBC app, there is no due date of the bill payment mentioned and also there is no option to pay the credit card bill directly there.
FYI: I don’t have HSBC bank account.

How do you guys pay the bill and check due date?

It has been around 1.2-2 weeks, since I applied for the HSBC Travel One Credit Card. I am eligible for that as per CIBIL, etc

Day 1:
Submitted the application with all documents required
Received vkyc link, did that successfully, no rejections yet
Received a work email verification mail on my work email, I clicked the link it got verified
At the same time, I received a rejection email on my personal mail that card has been rejected due to internal policies, it seemed like an automated mail because as soon as I clicked the verification mail, I got that

Day 2:
Received a phone call from HSBC credit card team, about my application
I told him that it has been declined, but he told me that it is still under process and you have to submit payslip, bank statements, etc via your work email to their email
I submitted those documents

Days went by

After 8-10 days, I called their customer care, they told me application is still pending

I don’t know whether I will get the card or not

Can someone help who faced a similar situation
