I know the current job market isn't easy. Behind every application is a person hoping this one might finally be the one. Yet many talented people apply to dozens—even hundreds—of roles without hearing back. I can't change the job market.
But I wanted to make one small part of the journey easier.
That's why I built DearRecruiter—a Chrome extension that helps you generate personalized recruiter emails directly from LinkedIn Jobs and Hiring Posts, so you can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time networking, preparing for interviews, and finding the right opportunities.
Here's how it works:
1️⃣ Upload your resume once.
2️⃣ Open any LinkedIn Job or LinkedIn Hiring Post.
3️⃣ Click the Apply button added by DearRecruiter.
4️⃣ It finds the recruiter email and reads your resume and the job description to generate a personalized application email.
5️⃣ Review the draft, make any changes you want, and send it from your Gmail without leaving LinkedIn.
