Alright this Post I will tell you the mods i used to recresate the scene :

- Retex Mod

-Extra Options

-Vanilla+

-And alot of Flare mods Ofc.

Tutorial :

I just simply paired Retex with texwizard and it gave me a clean Retexture. I put all the Vanilla+ files and yea it looks cinematic , And lastly . I Tweaked the visual treatment and used the debug cam : Navigation : Num Lock : 8 Forward , 2 Backward , 4 Left , 6 right , 7 Up (wait what the fu-) , 1 Dawn.
