What’s the best way to clean multiple walls with grime

So I have an entire first floor from previous owners that is just… grimy. There’s marker, there’s hand prints, scuff prints, you name it. It’d take forever with magic eraser- what’s the best way to get through this? Any thoughts on a bucket of fabuloso and mop and just scrubbing at it
