Yes, so as the question says, let’s say I’ve left a job not in the best terms. Will HR still contact my previous employer if I don’t wish to use them as reference?
I’m genuinely so traumatised by it especially since it was happening for 2 months. Everyone was silent & enabling it & I don’t know how to cope or get over it , I feel so invalidated over something that shouldn’t even be that big of an issue. My words have been twisted & used against me but even then nothing I said should make someone so aggressive. I think I’m developing some sort of PTSD from it all & can’t get out of bed.
I’m never like this but I’m just so so hurt & feel so betrayed by people, by everyone & by humanity . What have I done so wrong to receive this sort of cruelty by people & on top of that no one has reached out to me to show any form of empathy.
How did you guys get over it? I think I’ll be taking this to the grave.
I’m being mobbed at a job & they are pretty much pushing me out of employment. I was gonna quit anyways but what they r doing is disgusting & crossing all lines, threatening/ expressing their wish to punch me, run me over with a car & wishing death upon me in humorous sarcastic way. Good thing I have everything documented & lowkey want to charge a legal case at the company & sue them. Most of these people I’ve never even spoke to & the things they have said is outrageous & disgusting & also most of them are more than double my age 🙄 I will never forgive them or forget. They don’t deserve my forgiveness for being malicious & treating me badly over& over again.
