I'm in Bilbao for a short holiday, and would like to purchase a good quality professional level jamon leg stand for carving, preferably one with a tilt function like you see in most Jamon shops, for my tapas restaurant at home.
Where would I find one of these in Bilbao? Are there shops specialising in catering equipment?
