I only just noticed it, it's transparent and looks like an eczema blister. I can speak, breathe and swallow just fine, but it's really uncomfortable all together. Whenever I talk I can feel it kinda rubbing against the inside of my gums which irritates it ( not to the degree where it's painful.And I need a doctor or a hospital immediately, but it is uncomfortable) Apart from that, I'm fine. How long should I wait before seeing a dentist or another professional?

Note: I'm not allergic to pocky or any of the ingredients used to make it. I don't have any food allergies as far as i'm aware so it couldn't be an allergic reaction. And if it was, I probably would have been an aniphalactic shock.
