Why does Raven become homeless but her mother doesn't?

I have a question, and perhaps it's already had an answer that I missed.

But why is it that in the future Apple becomes queen but Raven is first imprisoned and then becomes homeless?

Not even the current Evil Queen ended up homeless. From what I understand, she poisoned the current Snow White, continued her life peacefully, got married, lived in a castle with her husband where she organized banquets and gatherings with other villains, had a daughter, and apparently stayed out of the mirror prison until she decided to try to conquer Wonderland. This is recent, because Lizzie, Maddie, and I don't remember who else are seen escaping the Evil Queen's spell even at the age we see them in the show.

And this is based on the fact that the current Evil Queen and the current Snow White haven't gotten along since their school days.and yet she was never ever arrested for her crimes and before the whole Wonderland thing from what I understand and remember.

So why should Raven, who gets along with not only Apple but also a good portion of the Royals (or at least they're neutral towards her), become homeless?

Shouldn't she theoretically just poison Apple and then live her life? Why did the book show her that future? Shouldn't it have just shown her being evil and that was it?

Did I miss something? Is it because the book is fake or something?

And even though Legacy Day happened before the episodes that led to character and relationship development, and therefore the book, even if fictional, didn't show Raven's true future, shouldn't there at least have been someone there for her in the future? Okay, things wouldn't have gone well with Apple, okay, I accept that, but Maddie? Cerise? They're good friends with Raven.

Does the book only show the future that those signing it think they will have?

Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I'm writing this while I'm in the car and English isn't her first language.

Alejandro's strategy if he had been a woman?

As the title suggests, if Alejandro had been female (and the rest of the cast were also gender-bended), how would the situation on the show have changed?

I mean, let's look at reality: a man who manipulates and flirts with all the girls is called a "Don Juan" or an "irresistible man" or a "lady's man," or Alejandro's favorite "irresistible Latin charm."

A woman who does something like that gets much less flattering nicknames, and if all goes well, they call her a "femme fatale," and if all goes badly, well, there's no shortage of nicknames.

And I know Alejandro is considered the male version of Heather, but let's face it, that's not true. Sure, Heather manipulates a lot in the first season, but she flirted once during TDI, and otherwise, there was no mention of her flirting until Alejandro arrived. Even then, it was brief and never really as strong as Alejandro's, and it was only to make Alejandro jealous and manipulate him.

So I was wondering, if the entire cast were of the opposite sex, how would Alejandra behave?

She can't be a Latin lover like Alejandro, because let's face it, that's not how reality works.

I saw a post here on reddit (I can't find it, damn it) that had fan art of the genderbent TDWT cast, and the OP of the post said that Alejandra had used the same tactics as Alejandro, but everyone in the cast had seen through them and so only Heath (male Heather) was interested in her romantically.

But (and with nothing against the OP of that post) I don't think it would really be like that. First of all, Alejandra would be much more aware that being too flirtatious could cost her everything. After all, she was raised as a woman, and society sees her as a woman, knowing how women who flirt too much are seen, especially among teenagers.

If she, like Alejandro, started charming everyone in a relationship like Brian's (Bridgette), or even in an ambiguous relationship like LaShawn's (Leshawna), or if she was charming with every man in the cast, she would quickly find herself with an inelegant nickname.

So what would her strategy be? Similar to Heather's in TDI: team up with easily manipulated girls like Harriet (female Harold) or Taylor (female Tyler) and secretly use her charm on the boys.

Or something else? I mean, I'm thinking about it, but I can't imagine a strategy that doesn't clash with the core of the character.

Any ideas?

P.S. If you find any grammatic errors, please keep in mind that I'm bored and writing this post in the heat of the moment because this doubt just occurred to me, and English isn't my first language.
