Am I the only one who likes Mal conceptually?
It’s a shame All Stars turned out the way it did, because it had so much potential.
It’s a shame All Stars turned out the way it did, because it had so much potential.
Ridiculous Race and Reboot count but please rank both reboot seasons separately. Here is my ranking from worst to best.
9th place - Pahkitew Island: The cast is simply too cartoony. Jasmine is the only likeable person of the cast. Literally everyone else sucks in my opinion. The sci-fi element was cool but the twist was introduced too late and it just wasn't an interesting season. Max, Scarlett and Sugar were also horrible villains.
8th place- All Stars: Do I even need to explain? While the idea and theme of the season is amazing, the execution was literally horrible. They slandered Duncan, Heather's elimination was stupid. Mal was a horrible villain (don't even get me started with how he got Courtney's chart). They made Gwen and Courtney friends only to ruin it again. They assassinated Courtney's character even more after TDA. And we lost our beloved Camp Wawanakwa! (ik the reboot has the camp again, but the Wawanakwa label is gone and they never mention the island by name so my headcanon is that Camp Wawanakwa was rebuilt with slight modifications and was left nameless).
7th place- TDI 2024: This season is not actually that bad. It definitely has good moments and I didn't mind Wayne being the winner and the finale was pretty good too. Some things I don't like for example: There is too much romance in the season. They focused so much on Priya and Caleb to the point I started disliking Priya. I also hated how Damien kinda went back into his old ways AND THE FACT THAT HE FOUND THE IMMUNITY STATUE JUST TO LOSE IT TO JULIA. Nichelle and Scary Girl being bottom 4 eliminations again also sucked, and I hated how Julia and Priya made the final 4 AGAIN!
6th place- Total Drama Action: This season is not actually so bad. It is a fun watch. But the cast was too short compared to the number of episodes which caused there to be many episodes which were plain filler. I found it pointless to bring Owen back. The theme also got repetitive after a while. They also ruined Trent, Bridgette, Geoff, and of course, Courtney. I also cannot stand that Beth was a finalist because she was literally just existing for 90% of the season. But, I love the good character developments we got with Lindsay, Harold and Justin. But I hated Lindsay's unfair elimination.
5th place- Revenge of the Island: This is a good season in my opinion. There are 13 episodes making it a quick but fun watch. Most people of the cast were enjoyable. And they did a good thing eliminating Staci first. Brick's and Dawn's elimination felt kinda unfair to me, and this was the point when Chris got disturbing and menacing but otherwise, this season is good. The other seasons are just better than this one so I put this in 5th.
4th place - TDI 2023: This is the better season of the reboot in my opinion. Every member of the cast is good in my opinion and each have their own good qualities. I felt the eliminations of this season were also very fair. The challenges were also fun (except the disgusting fart episode). The reason this one is not higher is because the theme of this season is the exact same as TDI 2007 as it's a reboot. I also prefer Chef Hatchet's agressive personality much more than whatever we have now.
3rd place- The Ridiculous Race: Since this is a spin-off, the theme is completely different from the main theme of Total Drama and of course, we have a new host. But, the fast paced race format was very entertaining and felt very unique. The locations were also good and most of the cast was good. I also liked how Geoff finally got a season where he isn't tied to Bridgette and we finally got to see his original personality from TDI 2007 again.
2nd place- TDWT: This season is prolly one of the best seasons EVER. The theme is so great and the musical aspect was pretty good but imo it could have been a bit better (I'm experienced with singing so I am judging). The finale of this season was the best one ever and all challenges felt fun. What I didn't like in this season was the love triangle BS, the entire animal curse gag DJ had, Team Victory being the only team eliminated for like the first 12 episodes or so, and the Ezekiel abuse. That's the only reason this season didn't make first place.
1st place- Of course, Total Drama Island 2007: Call me basic, but being the first season, it has almost no misses. Camp Wawanakwa is too iconic to be hated, the theme was simple but great, the finale was kinda bad but otherwise, this season is too good to be true. The OG cast is the best cast in the entire franchise. All the challenges were entertaining. The final 4 was way too iconic. The drama was spicy and entertaining and Heather was a great villain. I don't think anyone can hate this season. No other season has been able to meet the level of TDI 2007. I can go on writing an entire essay on how good this season is.
This is my ranking, comment down below your ranking.
After the race Devin and Carrie returned to their mundane everyday lives. University classes, part time jobs, being with their respective families, and of course, dating. Needless to say over half the people in their lives had formed a gigantic betting pool on when they'd finally become a couple. No one was surprised. Although Devin did receive some lightheaded teasing from his cousins for his obliviousness and Carrie's sister ribbed on her for taking so damn long. Which they found amusing.
Shelley on the other hand.. let's just say her reception was, less than stellar. Especially when people learned about the tea incident considering she'd lied about why Devin wound up in the hospital last winter. Her tennis instructor Ashton wanted nothing to do with the drama now surrounding her and bailed immediately to avoid the direct line of fire. She was without a new boyfriend, without even a tennis class to keep her occupied, and now everyone nearby hated her! She was.. not okay, and she became desperate.
Her plan was simple, make Devin fall in lover with her again and make that "witch with a b" Carrie regret ever crossing her. (She always knew she was into him after all.) It started out simple. The sexiest outfit she owned while walking on campus. Making sure to pass the pre-med building when Devin would be heading to the cafeteria. Unfortunately for her Devin was far too busy looking at the picture Carrie sent him of her new colorable pajamas. He accidentally bumped into her and she landed head first into a nearby dumpster. Plan failed.
Then it was during a dinner date at a nearby chicken restaurant they were at for their first month officially dating. Shelley absolutely lost it and made a huge scene. Ranting and raving and accusing Devin of all the awful crap she already but him through. Carrie tried to deescalate only for Shelley to try and pounce leading to the manager needing to tackle her. That resulted in expulsion and a restraining order.
Overtime it slowly became a funny story about an insane ex and why you need to pick good beforehand. As the years went on both graduated from University and moved into their first apartment together. Devin eventually gaining his medical licence and becoming a cardiologist. (He's the guy who's a genius on paper but has so little in the ways of common sense in day to day situations.) He finds it funny to joke that he can handle fixing a heart physically but somehow the romantic aspect would always allude him.
Carrie in term became a visual arts teacher for a public secondary school and now listens to her own students wax lyrically about their teenage love lives and has to think. (Is that how I really sounded?) Then she rewatches her clips and is like. (Yeah, it is.)
Currently in 2026 they're both 34. They have a ten year old daughter who's the absolute sweetest little girl imaginable and loves learning tech and make overing her Dad. (Devin looks good in glitter.) They also have a six year old daughter who will drag Devin into horsey rides and tea parties. (He's the Duke of Duchingham.) & Finally a two year old daughter who is demanding her sippy cup thank you very much. Carrie has a huge scrapbook of them.

Probably one of the best things about TDWT was Heather's redemption arc. They handled her character perfectly! In TDI 2007, she started out as the mean girl with the official label of “The Queen Bee”. I think most of us can agree that back then, we all wished Heather to be gone as soon as possible. Almost nobody liked her! But now, she is probably one of the most loved characters of the show. And what's beautiful about her redemption arc is that they didn't make her a goody two shoes. Instead, they turned her into a good anti-hero. Heather remained sarcastic, competitive, and centred, but the story placed her against someone even more dangerous: Alejandro. That instantly changed our perception as we started seeing her as the only contestant smart enough to recognize his manipulative tactics.
We also saw that while Heather is incredibly selfish, she still tried to get her team to win. She warned others multiple times about the dangers of Alejandro. She also warned Leshawna about him despite being enemies with Leshawna and being on a different team. This shows that she still has a sense of morality in her. Another reason I loved Heather's redemption arc was because most major tensions in her team were not caused by her. It was done by Gwen and Courtney. And Heather's redemption felt natural and not forced. And her winning TDWT made us all feel even better. And yes, I refuse to count Alejandro's ending as the official ending as in TDROTI, during her cameo episode when Heather tries stealing the prize money, she repeatedly says that she was robbed.
These are my thoughts on Heather's redemption arc. What do you guys think?
Starting tomorrow we’ll be revealing our voice cast 1 a day, so stay tuned!
I’m mostly doing my oc, Scott, Dawn, Courtney and Noah lol (three are sketches)
Am I the only one that would prefer a Total Drama slice of life series where they’re all still teenagers outside of the show over Dramarama? Like, Dramarama is kinda ass
I don't know is just me think like this, but i can see Ellody and Mary making i good role of secondary villains. We can see them acting with superiority, like with Tom and Jen in the scene i put in the image. Ellody and Mary could be those villains who pretend to form an alliance with someone but use them as a stepping stone to the top, using boys like the twins or The Stepbrothers to make the hard work for them.
Don't get me wrong, I don't see them as the main villains, but if they were to take center stage and leave around episode 12 or 13, I think that would make for a good storyline for them.
It has been so long since i watched RR and i really didn't like it so i forgot alot of what happened including what Don's morality was. Is Don a sadist who abuses and tortures his contestants and interns like Chris?
Does anyone have mixed feelings about Mike and his personalities? Vectors by Cody Lake and colored by me.
