Hi everyone, I got 2 offers which I am looking for opinions/recommendations on. I currently live in Dallas, don't mind staying/moving.

1. JPMC - SWE 3 (602) (Agentic AI) - Dallas, TX, 5 days in office, 1 hour commute one way
   Base 140k, Bonus 15k
   401k 5% match, PTO: total 28 days

2. WHOOP - SWE 2 (Platform) - Boston, MA, 4 days in office, relocation provided
   Base 145k
   Stocks 120k (25% vest every year, so $30k/year)
   401k 5% match, Unlimited PTO, free whoop, $500 annual wellness stipend, $100 monthly for hitting sleep scores, etc.
