27 yo hoping to retire by 40
Hi everyone,
I recently organized my accounts and took a close look at my current asset allocation, and I’d love to get some perspective from this community as I plan for FIRE.
Here is a quick overview of my financial situation:
- Annual Income: $160k–$200k W2 (varies depending on bonus) + ~$55k rental income
- Real Estate: 2 rental properties (Total portfolio value ~$650k)
- Remaining Mortgage: ~$130k
- Fixed Overhead (Property Taxes, Insurance, HOA): ~$20k/year
- Monthly Savings: ~$5,000–$6,000/month (after all taxes and living expenses)
Currently, I’m saving a solid amount each month, but I feel a bit unsure about how to best direct my future stock investments and overall investment strategy to reach early retirement efficiently.
I know there's no single "right" answer, but I would really appreciate any insights, feedback, or advice on how you would structure things moving forward.
Thanks in advance!
