Virtual assistant services for small businesses, everything is built for solo founders or real companies

We're seven people. Too big for the founder focused plans, too small for the enterprise ones, and every provider I talk to tries to squeeze us into one or the other.

We need flexibility on hours and no giant minimum commitment.

Who's actually good at our size? And did the contract terms end up working in your favor or against you when things changed.

What do people actually hand to a virtual assistant Amazon side, and what do you keep

40 SKUs, running it solo, and my whole day is listing tweaks and PPC checks and customer messages.

I keep reading that you should delegate all of it, but some of these tasks have real downside if they're done wrong. A bad bulk upload or someone fiddling with campaigns can cost me a lot more than the assistant saves.

So what's the actual split for sellers at this size? What did you hand over first, and is there anything you tried to delegate and then took back.

Also curious how people handle account access without giving away the keys to everything.
