Bungee form

Sometimes I’ll prop up my arm on the carriage on the side we’re working (i.e. left arm when we’re working left leg) because I feel like it gives me better range of motion. Thoughts? Does it reduce tension on bungee, more vulnerable for injury, etc.?

Power30?

198 classes in (!) and I’ve always been hesitant to do a Power30 because it feels like I’m not getting as much “bang for my buck” compared to taking a Signature50. I’m considering doing one and using it as an opportunity to focus on my form in core and lower body. Mourning upper body which is my favorite so missing out stinks 😫Someone convince me to just do it.

Within about two years, the lids to these containers all broke because I was putting them in the bottom rack of my dishwasher (didn’t read the care instructions 😫). Does anyone know where I can find replacement lids, or other lids that are compatible with these?
