So my liver enzymes have been up and down and honestly I have a regular life now days but I’m still fully medicated with tacro, crezemba, acyclovir, actigall, and bactrim. I’m almost two years out on September and can’t put the liver enzymes behind me. My latest results showed a jump from 65 to 110 and was really bummed out because I was hoping I was going to get tapered out from tacro and slowly leaving it but my oncologist is suggesting to bump up again to 2mg a day again. I don’t feel defeated bc I know this is the light side of this but I can’t seem to shake it off. I’m scared the prolonged usage of tacro might end up being worse than helping and I’m just deflated today. My cbcs are modestly ok since I’m still on immunosuppressants and my cmps are normal except slightly elevated ast and alt doubled from two months ago. So I’m just feeling like I’m almost there but can’t seem to shake it off and since my doctor is now seeing me every 6 weeks, I feel like the tape off might be way far out. I’m not ranting, not complaining, just wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Maybe not hydrating enough, working too much, I don’t know 😕

Today while I was delivering, I had a big box for an apartment complex of only two apartments. Gate was wide open, like anyone can come in.
At the bottom of the apartments there were two doors and next to them there were numbered mail boxes with each of the addresses for this place. I looked up and on the second floor there were two other doors and each of them had the same numbers on each door so I assumed those were the actual doors for the apartments. So I was like “ok I’m going to make the effort and put it up there, I’m sure down here it’ll be fine but I’ll do it” So I went to the second floor and I put right in front of the door. I put the box down and as I’m walking away I hear “who’s there” I assumed she can see me thru the screen door so I just walked away, took me like 30 seconds to place the box, take the photo and walk away. As I’m coming down the stairs I hear “Hey!” At this point I know she has an attitude so I just keep going down trying to ignore her. Then she appears at the side window like something imprisoned behind the mesh and she yells “aren’t you going to announce your self” I just keep walking bc I’m nearing my boiling point, then she goes again “hey! You don’t announce your self ? You just walk up to houses like that?” At this point I’m done so turned back and I told her “I’m just doing my job”. “But you don’t announce your self?” She says. Now Im pretty upset I’m like “if you don’t want your packages delivered call Amazon and let them know,” I said that twice.
After that I kept going with my deliveries. Honestly after some time I thought I should’ve said “Amazon!” When she asked the first time but honestly I can understand if it’s a house where you are unlocking the gate and walking inside the property and while this is still a private property, these were apartments where other people have access to. I understand she might be upset but to treat me like I’m her servant. This was something I could’ve taken, even tho I tried to walk away from the situation. I’m sure she’ll be calling Amazon but I wonder what her argument is going to be. What do you guys think?
