The cold email stack that’s working for me in 2026

After burning a few domains, and testing too many tools, this is the outbound stack I’ve finally settled into this year. it’s been stable and scalable enough for me so far.

Current setup:

Lead sourcing:

  • Linkedln Sales Nav for targeting
  • Icypeas for contact data
  • occasional enrichment/cleanup through

Infra:

  • 4 secondary domains
  • 12 inboxes total
  • relatively conservative sending limits
  • custom tracking domain
  • mostly plain-text emails

Sending:

  • Plusvibe for warmup + sequencing

Writing/process:

  • keeping emails shorter
  • less personalization theater
  • more relevance + timing
  • avoiding heavy HTML/templates completely

Simpler setup works better for me. Every time I added too much automation or too many moving parts, smth broke.

What everyone else here is running now

Sobitha latest post.. someone cast her in an action role

Kotha hairstyle lo she looks like such a baddie. Why isn't she doing more action movie type roles? Feels like her sharp features will suit it well

Anybody actually go from them lil visible sebaceous filaments and big pores to smoother skin fr?

I been dealin with this forever and yeah I already heard all the pores genetic speeches already. But I read this article recently sayin enlarged pores ain’t always just oil and clogged skin. Sometimes it’s dehydration, uneven texture, and overdoing actives that got your skin lookin worse instead of better.

I ain’t gon lie, I got hyped by TikTok and tried one of them Korean brand salicylic acid cleansers thinkin my pores was bout to disappear overnight. Biggest regret fr. That stuff had my skin irritated and breakin out worse, and it ain’t even help long term. Had to stop using it and switch back to a gentle cleanser so my skin barrier could recover. Now I’m tryna figure out what actually works without frying my face. Anybody actually seen real improvement over time?

I finally tried one of those powder jelly masks you mix and peel off, and I actually get the hype now. They feel super cooling going on and my skin looks noticeably more hydrated after. I was reading this post from Luminous Skin Lab explaining how they work more through occlusion.. basically forming a seal over the skin to help retain moisture.... which is why they’re often used in professional treatments after facials

Did anyone here uses them regularly or has a go-to brand they like for at-home use?
