I wanted to give an updated review on these heels after spending a little more time with them. At first glance, they looked beautiful and I was genuinely happy with my purchase. The style is elegant, feminine, and very close aesthetically to the authentic pair. My previous pair from this seller was honestly stunning, which is why this experience surprised me so much.

Unfortunately, after very minimal handling — and before I even had the chance to properly wear them out — the bow detail on both heels started coming loose and lifting off very easily. For a pair of heels at this price point, I honestly expected much better craftsmanship and durability. The bows feel poorly secured, and it completely changed my opinion on the quality of this pair.

To make matters worse, the slingback strap also feels loose and doesn’t sit securely around the ankle/heel area, which affects the overall fit and support of the shoe. It’s disappointing because these details really impact both the comfort and quality feel of the heels.

I reached out to Alice and she was very kind and easy to communicate with throughout the process. After I showed her the issue, she offered me a $15 credit toward my next purchase. While I appreciate the gesture and her polite communication, I have to be honest — I’m still really disappointed and not satisfied with that resolution considering the quality issue.

I also won’t be asking for a refund simply because I honestly cannot be bothered going through the entire return/refund process. At this point, I would rather just take it as a learning experience and move on.

What frustrates me the most is that my first pair from her was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations, so I naturally assumed the quality would remain consistent. Sadly, my second paid purchase was nowhere near the same standard. It honestly feels low tier compared to what I expected.

I’m learning more every day about different sellers, factories, and quality consistency in this space. I really value sellers who are transparent about quality and honest about what factory/version they are sourcing from. At this stage, I personally don’t think I’ll be purchasing from her again, even though she is sweet and pleasant to deal with.

The saddest part is that I still absolutely adore these heels aesthetically and genuinely wanted to enjoy wearing them. I’m hoping I can somehow repair them because they truly are gorgeous shoes — the quality just unfortunately did not match my expectations this time around.

I’ve received another pair of gorgeous heels and honestly… they are stunning 🤩 They fit comfortably, look super stylish, and the leather feels incredibly soft and shiny in person. Definitely a very eye-catching pair! 😍

That being said, after seeing the authentic pair in-store, I did notice a few differences which I’ll make a separate post about soon for anyone interested in comparisons.

I also wish there had been a little more attention to detail with the finishing. One of the interior heel stitchings looks a bit rough, and there are a few paint marks on the sole. Slightly annoying, but not enough to stop me from wearing and enjoying them because overall they still look beautiful on foot.

I also wish the slingback fit a little tighter around the back of my heel, because at times it feels like they’re barely holding onto my foot properly. Not a major issue, but definitely something I noticed while wearing them.

Divas, I’ve got an exciting haul from Yingrong to share! I picked up three pieces: a pink Chanel caviar wallet, a black-and-white houndstooth Dior Silk Mitzah, and a Chanel diamond and pearl necklace.😍

The wallet is so cute — I’m really happy with the size, and the pink colour is absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship also feels really well done.

The Dior Mitzah is beautiful as well. I specifically bought it to pair with my new Dior bag, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for.

As for the necklace — it’s stunning overall, but just a small note: I was told from Yingrong it would be real pearls, however they turned out to be imitation. I don’t mind too much since Chanel often uses imitation pearls anyway, but I was originally hoping for freshwater based on what was mentioned. That said, it’s still a really beautiful piece 🤩

Overall, I’m happy with the haul!
