Hear me out: Anakin x Ribbit (ChosenFrog)

ChosenFrog (Anskin x Ribbit), because Anakin is the chosen one. Ribbit is scared of getting abandoned/ignored and Anikin is a bit clingy and scared of his loved ones dying and would do everything for them.

CroakAndWheeze (Darth Vader (Anakin) x Ribbit) Vader thinks Ribbit has died and Ribbit doesn't know at first, that Vader is Anakin, after she finds out, she chases after him immediately trying to get him back.

Bonus: FunnySuit (Pomni x Vader (Anakin)) Pomni raises Leia (Vader's daughter), because Vader can't. She is also on board of the shuttle, when Vader takes Leia as a prisoner. Both Leia and Pomni run through the labyrinth of small hallways on Leia's shuttle to try to stall/distract him. This song reminds him of his dead wife which makes him angry, but the reminder also makes him see, that Leia is his daughter, especially after Pomni tells him and he leaves both of them alive. Things develop from there.

Second Bonus: peeled Vader with broken helmet

Questions about the specifics of horizontal gene transfer via conjugation

I was looking into conjugation a while back and took some notes (I didn't write down any sources, unfortunately), because I wanted to write a text describing an experiment that involves this phenomenon. I wanted to ask wether my understanding of the phenomenon is correct recommendations for articles that discuss the mechanics of the phenomenon would also be appreciated.

My understanding of, how copies of plasmids are transmitted from an f+ to an f- organism. In this example it would be a gene that makes organisms immune to antibiotics. The transfer is supposed to happen in a lab environment.

  1. A substance in the environment of the f+ organism causes it to develop a sex pilus (can this be caused by antibiotics or are there other substances that cause this?)

  2. The sex pilus somehow connects to an f- organisms

  3. The sex pilus gets shorter and gets digested by the f+ organism at the same time

  4. The pilus is fully digested and the organisms are next to each other

  5. The plasmid gets replicated via rolling circle replication and is moved into the f- organism. This involves transferrosome for moving it and relaxosome

  6. The organisms separate

  7. If the substance is still in the environment the organism the other organism forms a sex pilus

The organisms in the experiment would be e. Coli bacteria, because those are so common for experiments. I am also sorry if I used some words incorrectly as english isn't my native language and I didn't receive my biology education in english. Are there any important details I missed.

Gangle x Bubble, Freak4Freak

Because both Gangel and Bubble might be a bit freaky, but while Bubble always says the things that are on his mind Gangle tries to keep them hidden, unless (maybe) she is with a person she trusts.

Able:"Kinger and I both did things we aren't proud of."

Kinger:"You were the one who kissed me at that Christmas party"

Able:"Well I didn't know..."

Kinger (loudly):"That I was drunk, or that I was married?"

Abel:"Take a 🤬 guess!"

Kinger:"I thought you quit. I thought that at least you, would be safe."

Abel (fake-mocking):"You care about me."

Kinger:"Yes."
