Campfire meal recs for kids

Hello! I’m pretty new here so feel free to tell me if this post is better for another subreddit.

Anyways, I’m a camp counselor looking for campfire meals that might be good for my campers! I’m working with about 13-16 year olds who have made things like walking tacos, quesadillas, and campfire pizzas a million times before and are asking for something slightly more challenging. We have most cooking supplies (pots, pans, cast iron, Dutch ovens etc.) and the counselors are experienced with cooking over the fire. I would appreciate any course (main dish, dessert, etc.) recommendations. The campers are a great group and I’d love any ideas that might help challenge them but not hard enough that we’re eating five hours after we start prepping. Thank you!
