Re: Ms. Aime Hall, DOB: 11/04/1982

I am writing to refer Ms Hall who has
been diagnosed with gastro-oesophageal reflux complicated by stricture for
further assessment and possible investigation.

Today Ms Hall presents with the
complaints of dysphagia, especially with solid food and she noticed concomitant
epigastric pain radiating to back on distention. Recent weight loss without
changing diet. She also reported increased intake of coffee and alcohol.

My provisional diagnosis is gastro
oesophageal reflux which is complicated by stricture. She was advised to reduce
the intake of coffee and alcohol and pantoprazole 40 mg daily was
prescribed

It would be greatly appreciated if you could assess and manage as well as further investigation regarding her condition.

Anyone from these three country are gonna sit in OET EXAM ON PAPER IN 9TH OR 23 MAY ??

I currently hold a temporary license, and my house job will officially end on 20th May. I will receive my completion certificate on the same date.

Can I apply for the July attempt of FCPS Part 1 with this timeline? I want to be sure before applying so I don’t risk wasting my money.
