SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

I'm stuck on the Mission 'The Saviours'

Specifically 'Survive the Ambush'....Yes I'm stupid and didn't pick up any weapons, everything is broken, no guns etc. No metal parts to repair my pipes. SO I can't protect myself in ANY way.

How am I supposed to survive against 4 of Rais' guards?

From what I can see, you can't run for this part either, so I'm just f*cked? It's the part where you go up the ladder from the green sludge.

HELP!

I accidentally purchased the small insulated bag instead of back pack (bicycle). Is it worth returning this, how do I do that?
