People claim that it was stated because Kregg said "With so few of us remaining any ofspring will be inbred" but he clearly doesnt say "Because all of us remaining are relatives" he says "Few of us" because without at least 500 or 1,000 members of a species, repopulating without inbreeding is statistically impossible. That doesn't mean the remaining 50 are relatives. Kregg means that even if they try to repopulate, they can only go for 1 or 2 generations, and then it is just incest. We know there were around 50 Viltrumites left before big events of the show. Lets say a couple died before even Nolan came to earth. It is still nowhere near 500.
Only real answer that we can take from what information we have is that Anissa is not strong enough to grape fruit Thragg so they arent mating.
I kinda hate the chracther not because of the chracther but because of the writers. She steals from their dead fathers storage room, shoots Sam, gets Dean's car towed, keeps stepping at their toes and all they do is giving a side eye?? It is driving me crazy when writers decide "If you are hot enough you can do anything". Did any of you also felt this way? I literally want to stop watching at this point.
