I was so scared for this semester but so far it turned out well. Just waiting on my med surg 3 exam grade.

I also want to reduce breakage and frizz

I'm not sure if its from my medication or what. I take depakote for my bipolar and have seen some things about hair shedding. Yet, this is like bundles of hair coming out when I brush it or even lightly put my fingers through it. It won't even grow anymore.

My iron is fine, b12 normal, thyroid is normal. Please any help or advice is very much appreciated

Blue shirt is now, other. 2nd picture is from 2 years ago. Picture with the beanie was in the winter of this past year. So relatively newer but shows my loss compared to the blue shirt picture.
