£293/week student accommodation in central London!! (Tenancy takeover)
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Craft Building in Whitechapel (managed by Sanctuary Students) for the upcoming 2026/27 academic year, as me and my friends have found a house to live in together!!Tenancy Dates: 1 September 2026 – 22 June 2027 (Full academic year contract). It is 42 week contract, £293 per week (bills included). It is a single bed en suite room that is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and study chair. It’s self catered with shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and living area. This is a student accommodation so the official tenancy takeover will occur through the landlord/provider and you will sign a clean contract directly with them. There is also free weekly cleaning, an on site gym, a laundry room, and bike storage. Location is best for students at LSE, QMUL, KCL, City St George’s, Coventry University London, Northumbria University London, and Northeastern University London! Please message me if interested! 😊
