Customer Service Response Time
Has anyone else had issues getting a response from Takomo customer service?
I ordered Takomo 201 irons with KBS Tour Lite X-Stiff shafts, but emailed them shortly after placing the order because I realized I wanted to switch to KBS Tour Lite Stiff instead.
I’m now going on 8 days since my first email and still haven’t gotten an actual response from a person. I’ve sent multiple follow-ups because my order status says it could dispatch soon, and the setup I want is currently listed as in stock and ready to ship.
I did get an automated AI response saying they would forward it to another team, but nothing since then.
Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with slow communication from Takomo recently, especially for order changes. Did they eventually get back to you before shipping?
