How annoying are the tourists?

Incoming freshman here! I've heard a lot of people complaining about tourists that kind of just wander around campus, take photos of students, etc. I can't really say for myself though, since the only time I've been on campus was Visitas when the campus was packed anyway. What are yall's thoughts on this? How common/annoying are the tourists?

If you play an instrument, submit a music supplement!!!

A lot of colleges allow you to submit a music supplement in addition to your application, and they often give you a LOT of time to show off -- many of the ones I submitted let you play for up to 10 minutes. If you have anything related to music on your EC's or essays, this gives you the chance to let the AOs see more than just words. Even if you aren't applying as a music major, it's still worth a shot! I ended up getting into Harvard as a CS major, even though a lot of my application revolved around music + the music supplement. I'm honestly shocked I haven't seen this advice more on A2C, considering that a lot of people play some sort of instrument and how easy of a differentiator it is.
