Trolling motor 90lb for 17.5 aluminum bass boat
Is that going to be too much thrust for a 17.5’ aluminum bass boat with 60 Merc outboard?
This boat is used 90% of the time on electric-only lakes, so it’s currently set up with two 24v 100ah LiFePO4 in parallel. These specific Ohio lakes have serious weed issues which frequently bind up TM props, so the TM is a Minn Kota Ultrex Quest, 90lb 45” shaft.
