Tradesmen vibe-quoting anywhere between £400-£2300 for the same job.
I am a first time buyer, I have 0 clue what things cost.
Sent out a few emails for a few, relatively minor landscaping jobs: Removing flags, stones, turfing etc. Same pictures, videos sent to prospective tradesmen.
Ive been quoted: £400, £530, £750, £1800 and even £2300. Is this normal?

In the shadow of legends
Glyder Fach to the left, Tryfan to the right. Saw quite a few campers out this weekend (and why not with this stunning weather!) & decided to find a quieter spot, definitely paid off.

Avoided the Saturday Eryri crowds and went on a random wander in some lesser known areas of the National Park. Saw 2 people early afternoon and that was it. Bonus was waking up to 0 condensation.. yay for dry ground!
