Injured and depressed

I love Apple Fitness+ and addicted to working out. I am a big runner and walker - doing up to 100 miles a week consistently. I do every class of every type posted each week plus additional classes that are from before I joined. My knee has been acting up but kept ignoring it. Last weekend was pretty painful so took two full days of rest. All this week I have been on limited effort - no running but was still cycling, rowing, upper body strength and walking the dogs.

But last night my knee just quit on me.. Pain to stand and can barely put any weight on it. Feeling very dumb to not recognize how bad it was getting and was still stress it. Now I’m scared it is something much worse and will have me down for a long period or require surgery.

Long rant boo hoo - learn from me and take rest when needed!!!
