Weight struggles

I’m 24wks. First pregnancy. Before I was pregnant I weight about 65kg and am now at 74. That feels like too much weight to have put on in such a short amount of time.

I’m feeling really upset and uncomfortable about my body for the first time in my life and it’s so confronting.

What strategies or things did you all do to help with this?

Trigger warning : pregnancy related

Hello lovely people,

Placing a triggering warning on here for the beautiful people who are struggling with pregnancy x 🤍

I (35F) recently found out I’m 8 weeks pregnant which has been a roller coaster of emotions for me as I was told the only way this would happen was through IVF. This was completely out of the blue.

At the same time I was diagnosed with appendicitis and had to have surgery.

My partner and I have been discussing on when we should start telling people(excluding our parents). He is wanting to wait until 12 weeks as he is worried we could lose the baby due to my endo and doesn’t want us to have to go through the hardship of telling people we lost our child - to which I agreed.

I would really love some advice and hopefully a bit of reassurance of other peoples experiences during this time.
