Bought through Amazon by Cuisiland, it is ceramic coated inside but fully cast iron otherwise, so happy I went with blue can’t wait to use it, bought for using outside on the new patio we’re building, hubby is scared to touch my glass pot 🤭 was all the excuse I needed to buy a more durable one!
Short lived this year, bloomed followed by 50mm of rain in 2 days.
Just a king Arthur’s recipe, doubled it, swapped out 60 grams of flour for ground flax, hemp and chia seeds, and ground oats, and topped with the same seeds. Also used part of the flour and water to make a roux before mixing I find it makes toast less dry, keeps the crumb moist
