Hi! I’m an incoming BSOT freshie in DLSMHSI. For context, I’m from Bulacan and I’ll be staying in Cavite in my college years. I don’t know anyone there since my friends will/all go to college in Bulacan/Manila. For the HSI students, can I ask:

1. Tips for BSOT/DLSMHSI freshies (Academics, campus life, profs, workload, orgs, etc.)
2. Things to know when living in Cavite
3. Is dyed hair allowed in BSOT? (Is brown hair/reddish brown allowed?)
4. Is it fun in DLSMHSI

6. What are things to know before entering DLSMHSI?
7. Do you have any PDFs or notes you can send for forst years?
8. If I was from HUMSS SHS, am I required to take a bridging program?

So I already secured my slot in DLSMHSI for OT but my dream school is UST. I failed UST by just one subtest (math) and my scores for the others were line of 9 naman. I heard that the rec0n process is rigorous and quite risky considering that there are only a few slots available for OT. I’m starting to lose hope that I will pass UST at all especially since I do not know when will I get the recon results and if I still have enough time to enroll in DLSMHSI just in case. I’m so scared and heartbroken and I don’t know what to do. What is your advice for me?
