Rebel 1100 T DCT – Removing bags & fairing for a clean look + Miller exhaust questions?
Hey everyone,
I’m on the verge of buying a Honda Rebel 1100 T DCT because the price is great and the bike has very low mileage.
Since I prefer the clean look of the standard Rebel for daily riding, I’d like to remove the hard bags and the front fairing**/**batwing most of the time. I would only throw on the fairing and some waterproof bags for longer trips.
I have a couple of questions :
How easy is it to take off the bags (including the mounting brackets) and the front fairing on the T version? Do you end up with awkward bracket mounts or exposed holes, or does it strip down to a clean look easily?
Has anyone here run a Miller exhaust? How is fitment on the 1100 rebel touring if u removed the bags?
