Endometriosis and ADHD - progesterone only pills affecting ADHD meds? Medication rey all have endometriosis and

Hey all, I have endometriosis and ADHD, and I’m about to start the constant progesterone only pill, I am really worried this will effect my adhd meds, has anyone else found this please? I’m concerned because I know that oestrogen is required to produce dopamine, and being on the progesterone only pill is akin to being in the luteal phase constantly (if I’m not mistaken)… wondered could anyone shed some light on this and share their experiences?

Elvanse (Vyvanse, Lisdex) don’t work on me?

First day on Elvanse and Amfexa (lisdexamphetamine and dexamphetamine) it's like they don't work whatsoever? I went from medikinet 30mg with a 10mg booster to 30mg Elvanse with 10mg amfexa, i don't feel a single difference to my normal baseline self when I'm on the amfexa and elvanse.... But I did on the medikinet and methylphenidate but | asked to come off them coz they made me anxious and irritatable and seemed to wear off after an hour. Has anyone else had this? I was so excited to the Elvanse and Dexam's coz I've read they're the life changing ones, I know everyone is different. But I'm gutted! I have autism as well as ADHD, wondering maybe there's different neural networks stopping the effects of amphetamine based meds? Honestly i have no clue.. or is my head just broken…
