I’ve wasted enough time reading dustloop just to still lose like 9/10 of my games against any Axl that I know I’m better off asking this here. Despite knowing the matchup against axl I realized that all my effort was useless because u just lose anyway since he can react to anything from fullscreen. Its almost like you’re an easy mode CPU in a single player game waiting for the actual player (axl) to beat u.

Anyway it’s difficult to stay interested in labbing roboky when he has the 193848th slop ressource mechanic where u start with almost full ressources and therefore theres literally no drawback to using ur bullshit positive moves.

Pls someone explain how I’m supposed to deal with aimbot fireball with 0 startup that’s impossible to low profile or jump over. How am I supposed to defend when every single normal has a built-in anti-fuzzy that takes zero skill, and when he has a fkn 5 frame command grab. Dont say DP because I DONT HAVE A DP.

Also what the fuck do i do in neutral, and pls dont say dash block because I CANT DASH BLOCK.

Even in Diamond 3, his players just mash the spinning move in neutral despite getting thrown out of it 50 times. They’ve never learned how to do anything else since the move plays the game for you with 0 consequences. Somehow they still end up winning most of their games with this strategy because the character refuses to die.

To balance him I propose that the first time he gets thrown, it will break his glasses and add a 10% chance of him tripping and dealing damage to himself when he spins :)
