Could it be Lyme disease?

Age: 22yo

Gender : female

Weight: 57kg

Height: 171cm

Country : Morocco

Smoking status: non smoker

Medications : non

Was never operated

Day 1 : I don't know when I was stung or by what exactly, i only noticed it because it was hurting a little bit.

The skin reaction was small and barely noticeable and didn't have much colour compared to day 6.

Day 2 : the skin reaction is kinda itchy and I started developing a sore throat

Day 3 : skin reaction is less itchy but more visible, my throat got more sore, coughing, some sneezing, but no trouble breathing, I was extremely tired and had mild fever, took paracetamol and fever got better.

Day 4 : skin reaction is more visible, no more fatigue, but throat is still sore.

Day 5 : skin reaction has now a 4cm diameter, its colour is more visible, feels softer compared to other skin and it's temperature is slightly higher than the rest of the body. Throat is still sore.

Day 6 : (see pic) , skin reaction is more visible, and a small streak appeared next to it. Sore throat got better.

I don't know if the sting and the flu like symptoms ( sore throat, mild fever, coughing, no clogged nose) are related to each other or not.

My throat is almost healed, and i don't have any other symptoms besides this skin reaction and I'm afraid it could be lyme disease or some serious bacterial infection.

Please tell me what do you think .

Edit : the skin reaction doubled in size the last 3 days
